DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $50.

Standard shipping is $5.95 within the United States. Delivery takes 5-7 business days. If your package is not received within 10 business days from dispatch date, please contact us at support@drinkvero.com

*EXPRESS - you have the option at checkout to pay $12.95 for EXPRESS shipping which would be with you within 2-3 days from dispatch & depending on your state.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship with DHL & FedEx International. *Minimum $75 spend on all international orders.

  • Standard international shipping is $25 (10-14 business days to arrive, average is 12)
  • Express international shipping is $45 (5-7 business days to arrive)

*This does not include time spent with Customs. *VERO cannot control the import duties and taxes for deliveries to your respective country.

All customers are liable for any import duties or taxes incurred in their order. If you do not receive your international order within 15 business days, please contact us at info@drinkvero.com

RETURNS

You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase within the United States, 45 days of purchase worldwide.

All items must include original packaging and have no signs of use.

  • US customers will be responsible for return shipping only.
  • International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways.
  • Opened beverages and gummies are non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
  • Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your VERO products arrive damaged or defective, we'll replace them immediately at no cost to you. These situations do not affect the quality of our products in any way.

We stand behind the quality and safety of every VERO product. All our beverages and gummies go through rigorous quality control testing.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

If the products have a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace your order with a new shipment within 7 business days of notification.
